1. General Info

BS Gear is a bikelife brand — streetwear, gear, and accessories built for the motorcycle and stunt riding community. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Pricing & Stock

• All prices are in ZAR.
• We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item might be sold out. If that happens, we’ll contact you to either swap it or refund you in full.
• Prices and specifications can change without notice.
• Customer Selection: You are responsible for ensuring your selection of size, colour, and design is correct before completing your order. We are not liable for errors made during the ordering process.

3. Payments

We use PayFast for all transactions. It’s secure, trusted, and we never see or store your card details.

4. Our Contract

When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and are getting it ready. If there’s any issue with your order (like a stock discrepancy), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Deliveries and returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Deliveries and Returns & Exchanges policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — the designs, the logos, the photos — belongs to BS Gear (Pty) Ltd. Please don’t use them without asking first.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, BS Gear (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Governing Law

We are a South African company, so these terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
