Shipping & Deliveries

We know you want your gear as fast as possible. Here’s how we handle deliveries at BS Gear.

1. Shipping Rates

We ship all orders via our courier partner (e.g., The Courier Guy).

• Orders R800 and over: Free shipping — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
• All other orders: Flat rate of R99 (Standard Delivery).

2. Delivery Times

• We process orders within 1-3 business days.
• Once dispatched, our couriers usually deliver within 1 to 4 business days.
• If you’re in a remote area, it might take an extra day or two.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your kit leaves us, we’ll email you a tracking number from our courier partner (e.g., The Courier Guy). You can use this to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure someone is available at your chosen address between 08h00 and 17h00 on weekdays to sign for the parcel. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes — we need a physical address for our couriers.
