Shipping & Deliveries

We know you want your gear as fast as possible. Here’s how we handle deliveries at BS Gear.

1. Shipping Rates

We ship all orders via The Courier Guy, within South Africa only. At checkout, choose how you want to get your order:

  • Standard Delivery (to your door): Flat rate of R99.
  • Collect from a Courier Guy Locker: Flat rate of R69.
  • Orders R800 and over: Free shipping on either option — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

2. Collecting from a Courier Guy Locker

Not home during the day? Collect from a Courier Guy locker instead (formerly Pudo).

  • Pick your locker at checkout: search by town, suburb or postcode, or use your location to find the closest ones.
  • A phone number is required for locker orders. The Courier Guy sends your collection PIN to it, so make sure it’s correct.
  • Use the PIN to open the locker and collect your parcel.

3. Delivery Times

  • We process orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, our couriers usually deliver within 1 to 4 business days.
  • If you’re in a remote area, it might take an extra day or two.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your kit leaves us, we’ll email you a tracking number from The Courier Guy. You can use this to follow your parcel all the way to your door or locker.

5. Delivery Address

For door delivery, please make sure someone is available at your chosen address between 08h00 and 17h00 on weekdays to sign for the parcel. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes — we need a physical address for our couriers.
